The Art of Raising Cattle
After hundreds of hours of meticulous research, we settled on an F1 crossbreed of Angus and Akaushi. To ensure we had the finest genetics, we turned to a fourth-generation seedstock producer to find the top 1% of Akaushi cattle. The Angus breed, renowned for its superior beef quality, combined with the Akaushi, or Red Wagyu, known for its tenderness, intense marbling, and exceptional flavor, offered the ideal genetic foundation. We meticulously selected our initial herd based on phenotype and marbling quality using traditional techniques and modern technology.
